    The Jeremiahs perform at the annual west-end Toronto fall celebration produced by Bread and Puppet Theatre
  • “Inner City Sirens Pt II” Dusk Dances
    Carey adapts score to voice and accompanies dance piece on a six-week tour through Ontario.
  • “Destination Toronto” Photosensitive
     Original composition “Meeting Place” is chosen for sound track to promotional tourism DVD.
  • QCYC Women Skipper’s Gala
    Carey West appears for fundraiser to fight breast cancer accompanied by Bob Fenton, also featuring Laura Hubert and Marie-Lynn Hammond.
  • Cervejaria Downtown
    The Liquidaires begin their residency at this venue renowned for its world music as well as its World Cup festivities.
  • The Old York Bar and Grill
    The Jeremiahs begin their monthly residency, which still continues.

2001-2002      

  • Distillery Jazz Festival
    Carey West and the Millionaires perform an all-original set as part of the “Six Degrees of Urban Song Writing” component along with Big Rude Jake, Emily Wheadon, Kevin Quain, and Kevin Barrett.
  • Dumaurier Downtown Jazz Festival
    Carey West and The Millionaires perform at the Rex Hotel in both 2001 and 2002 for Toronto’s most renowned Jazz Festival.
  • Last Night –The Rectory Café, Toronto Island
    On the last night of each year Carey West and The Millionaires headline an intimate soft-seater show produced by Ron Gaskin alongside Laura Hubert, Kevin Fox and Rebecca Campbell.

2000-2003      

  • The Old York Bar and Grill
    The Liquidaires hold monthly residency at this west end Toronto venue.
  • The Cameron House
    Carey West and The Millionaires hold a weekly engagement on Tuesday nights at this corner stone of Toronto’s bohemian arts scene for two and a half years

2001-2002      

  • The Rex Hotel
    Every Monday night, Carey West and the Millionaires play to a loyal following of fans at this bar renowned as a hub in the city’s Jazz scene. They continue to perform there for special billings to this day.
